29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: Building #10: On or about August 30, 2022, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 6 feet, while attaching/replacing roof shingles, without any form of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards that will enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: Building #10: On or about August 30, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed a fall hazard of greater than 6 feet to the ground below, while attaching roof shingles, without being provided training in fall hazards.
