29 CFR 1926.59: The employer had not developed a written hazard communication program in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1200 as incorporated by reference: At 3146 N Landon Cir, Wichita, KS 67205 employees engaged in gasoline handing activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that a written hazard communication program had not been developed and implemented. The chemical hazards associated with gasoline are: extreme flammability as a liquid and vapor, causes skin irritation, may cause genetic defects, may cause cancer, may cause drowsiness or dizziness, may cause damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure and may be fatal if swallowed and/or enters in airways.

At 3146 N Landon Cir, Wichita, KS 67205 employees engaged in fuel handing activities were exposed to corrosive and flammable hazards in that safety data sheets were not maintained at the workplace. Gasoline is an extremely flammable liquid and vapor, causes skin irritation, may cause genetic defects, may cause cancer, may cause drowsiness or dizziness, may cause damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure and may be fatal if swallowed and/or enters in airways.
