29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart: a)JHP & Sons Construction LLC, does not ensure that employees have available firefighting equipment at the jobsite. This violation was most recently observed at 502 Van Bussum Ave Saddle Brook NJ. The employer did not provide any firefighting equipment at the jobsite. Combustible products such as Gasoline fueled demo saws was use. Extra gasoline to fuel the demo saw was stored in 5 gallons gas cans on the site, on or about 8/24/22
