29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On or about August 23, 2022, at approximately 2:00pm, an employee suffered an injury that resulted in hospitalization. The hospitalization was not reported within 24-hours to the local Area Office of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The Austin Area Office received notice of the hospitalization from the Employer on August 30, 2022.
