Hwy 29 Molino, Florida 32577, Commercial building (future Dollar General) : On August 31, 2022, the employer failed to ensure that his employees involved in roof insulation related to steel erection activities had fall protection in place while working on and near the leading edge of the roof exposing employees to a fall hazard of up to approximately 16 feet 2 inches to the ground below.
