Employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards. b) Maintenance Building, Kitchen Area: The relocatable power tap was providing power to a microwave and a high-heat toaster oven. Employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards. c) Maintenance Building, Kitchen Area: An extension cord was used to supply power to a full-size refrigerator. Employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards.
