29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Roof of Building at 7314 Holly Lane in Panama City, Florida: On or about August 31, 2022 and at times prior thereto, the employer allowed their employees to perform framing activities without fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of up to 19 feet 8 inches to the ground below.
