29 CFR 19:26.501(b)(13) "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about August 31, 2022, Three roofers employed by DMW Roofing & Restoration LLC were installing roofing materials on a roof of a residential building located on lot #43 at Joe Siebert Drive, St. Louis MO (part of Highland Residential Development project at Manchester). They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. Three employees were observed on an 8/12 sloped roof, approximately twenty feet above the ground without utilizing fall protection. DMW Roofing & Restoration LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1560933, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 26, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 9750 Old Warson Rd. St. Louis MO, 63124.
