29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: (a) Blaster 2 Unloading Area - Excess blast media fell off parts and settled into the porous concrete floor, causing the floor to become slippery at the unloading end of Blaster 2, exposing employees to slip and fall hazards, on or about August 31, 2022. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
