29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(iii): Workers and other persons adjacent to the welding area were not protected from the rays by noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields:  (a) Welding Area - 104 North Maple Avenue, Leola, PA - On or about October 31, 2023, Employees working outside the initial weld area on the southwest of the plant are exposed to arc welding rays.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
