29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts.  a) 104 North Maple Avenue Leola, PA 17540 - an employee was operating a Pacific Press Company, model number 375PF, serial number 3618 with moving parts between the press and the Indexer within 6-inches of the operator's hand, and the machine was not equipped with guarding between these portions of the machine, on or about June 17, 2024.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
