29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On August 8, 2022 at approximately 8:30 am an employee dismantling a pump jack was hospitalized. The hospitalization was not reported within 24 hours to the local Area Offices of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The hospitalization was reported online on August 25, 2022.
