29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: USPS Winterwood Station, 5070 Vegas Valley Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada: On or about August 31, 2022, the employer did not ensure that two Tripp-Lite relocatable power taps/power strips (Model no. TLM815NS, Series No. AGIB6720) were installed and/or use in a workman-like manner and in accordance with manufacture's recommendation. Power strips used to supply 110-120 volts to computer peripherals at three workstations in the supervisor pit area were daisy chained/overloaded, and thus potentially exposed employees who operated the equipment and those working in the immediate vicinity, to electrical and/or fire hazards.
