29 CFR 1926.152(d)(2):A portable fire extinguisher having a rating of not less than 20-B units was not located between 25 feet and 75 feet from flammable liquid storage area(s) located outside: a) Aviation Operations Center Project: On or about 08/31/2022, the portable diesel tank stored outside near the fence line of the project was not provided with a fire extinguisher at least 20-B units and not less than 25ft away from the diesel tank in that the fire extinguisher was 10-B units and approximately 10ft away from the tank. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
