29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal arrest system. a) New multi- residential construction located on building 2000 at Novel Nona, Orlando FL, Front side of structure: On or about August 26, 2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 24-feet, to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system, such as a guardrail was not provided to employees while installing a corner bead.
