29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(i): Electric equipment was not suitable for installation and use in conformity with the provisions of this subpart and not free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. a) On September 1, 2022, and at times prior, the employer used an electrical receptacle near body maker #34 that was not GFCI protected, but required GFCI protection to be suitable for use in an area subject to wetness and near an active sink.
