29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) Roofs of Homes on lots 32 and 35, Backwater Road: On or about September 01, 2022 and at times prior thereto, the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without fall protection, exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 9 feet 6 inches to the ground below.
