29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  A. 9206 Amhurst Ave., Margate City, NJ 08402, two company employees and the owner were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 10 feet to the ground below, when walking and working at the unprotected edges of a residential structure's second floor without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 08/31/22.
