29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: a) Ray Catina Lexus of Monmouth Dealership, 2135 NJ35, Oakland NJ 07755 : An employee was observed standing on the guard rails of the man lift approximately 15 feet above the ground while performing minor demolition of the facial of the car dealership. Observed on or about September 1, 2022. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
