29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level. Paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section establish the types of fall protection to be provided to the employees on each type of scaffold. Paragraph (g)(2) of this section addresses fall protection for scaffold erectors and dismantlers. Location - 111 Woodstock St. Somerville, MA On or about 9/1/2022, employees on a pumpjack scaffold were not protected from falls to a lower level.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilivered end. Location - 111 Woodstock St. Somerville, MA On or about 9/1/2022, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working from a scaffold platform that extended more than 18 inches over a support.
