29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) 111 Stamford Park Drive, Huntington, WV: On September 1, 2022 employees were performing roofing activities on a two story residence with an eave to ground height of approximately 22 to 24 feet without the use of fall protection. The employer has not provided employees with training on recognizing fall hazards and the procedures required to be protected from the fall hazard.
