29 CFR 1910.23(c)(3) The employer did not ensure that ladders that are not loaded beyond the maximum intended load. (a) On or about September 1, 2022, employees had available for use a Werner 8 foot fiberglass step ladder which had information stickers that were not legible, subjecting the ladder to overloading. This exposed employees to a fall hazard . (b) On or about September 1, 2022, employees had available for use a Werner 6 foot fiberglass step ladder which had information stickers that were not legible, subjecting the ladder to overloading. This exposed employees to a fall hazard .
