Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: Sherman Avenue, Dobbs Ferry - NY: An employee was exposed to head injuries while working below roof replacement activities. The employee was not protected by a hard hat or protective helmet, on or about August 29th, 2022. L. Sarmiento Contracting, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1501000, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 10th, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 344 N Piermont Avenue in Ridgewood, NJ.
