29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. A) 3571 Mohegan Avenue, Mohegan NY: Employees were exposed to head injuries while working in close proximity to another employee who was using a Komatsu excavator. The employees were not protected by hard hats or protective helmets, on or about August 30th, 2022.
