Flexible cords shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided which will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. The employer is failing to protect employees from electrical shock hazards. This was most recently documented on or about August 30, 2022, at 12612 S 74 St. Papillion, Nebraska. Employees were using flexible cords that had exposed frayed inner jacketing due to heavy strain.
