Employees worked at the height of approximately 23 feet, installing siding on a residential building. Violation observed August 31, 2022

Scaffold poles were installed at an angle, were not anchored with bracing at the base, and did not have any other means to prevent the base from kicking out while employees worked at heights of approximately 23 feet, installing siding on a residential building. Violation observed 8/31/2022
