29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Exterior of Building - Roof: Employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet, on or about 9/3/22 ROOFCO,INC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1535663, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/29/21, with respect to a workplace located at 39 Rt 46 East, Pine Brook NJ.
