29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator was competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l). (Construction reference 29 CFR 1926.602(d)):  a) Exterior of Building - Courtyard: Employees were exposed to fall and struck by hazards as the All Terrain Forklift was operated by individuals that had not been trained and evaluated in the safe operation of the equipment, on or about 9/3/22.
