Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  A)  265 Brighton Avenue, Hawthorne - NY: An employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet while engaged in roofing replacement work on a residential structure. The employee was not protected by any type of fall protection system, on or about September 1, 2022.
