29 CFR  1926.96:The employer did not ensure employees wore proper footwear which meets the requirements and specifications in American National Standard for Men's Safety-Toe Footwear, Z41.1-1967.  (a) Homesite: On or about September 1, 2022, the employer exposed employees to crush hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that employees wore safety-toe footwear while carrying and installing subflooring on the residential site.

29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a) Homesite: On or about September 1, 2022, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not ensure employees were provided with a hard hat while they were carrying subflooring over their head to install on the second story of the residence.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not  ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  (a) Homesite: On or about September 1, 2022, the employer exposed employees installing roof trusses to struck-by hazards in that they were operating  pneumatic nail guns at 100 psi, without protective eyewear.

29 CFR  1926.503(b)(1):The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer.  (a) Homesite: On or about September 1, 2022 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards, in that employees were performing framing activities at a height of approximately 10 feet 5 inches to the ground below and the employer did not prepare a written certification that employees had been trained in fall hazards and the measures needed to mitigate them.
