29 CFR 1926.50(g): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Aviation Operations Center, second level, section D: On or about 08/31/2022, employees engaged in erecting a cinderblock wall for an elevator shaft with corrosive mortar was not provided with a suitable eyewash within the work area for immediate emergency use. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
