29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a- Old Flea Market Location, Building 3, Lakewood NJ: Workers engaged in framing and other related activities was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of  8 feet to the floor surface below, when walking on and working from the top plates of a residential structure's inner wall frames without the use of fall protection.  Condition noted  on or about 09/01/22.  b - Old Flea Market Location, Building 3, Lakewood NJ: A worker engaged in framing and other related activities was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 15 feet 7 inches to the ground surface below, when standing outside of a residential structure's second floor exterior wall frames without the use of fall protection.  Condition noted  on or about 09/01/22.  c - Old Flea Market Location, Building 3, Lakewood NJ: A worker engaged in framing and other related activities was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 23 feet 9 inches to the ground surface below, when walking on and working from the top plates of a residential structure's second floor exterior wall frames without the use of fall protection.  Condition noted  on or about 09/01/22.
