29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: a) Second floor/1068 Morris Mill, Atlanta - On or about September 06, 2022, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that employees were not provided protective helmets when they were working with wood frames on the second floor, approximately 14.5 feet above the ground while other employees were on the third floor installing wood frames and working with tools.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Third floor roof /1068 Morris Mill, Atlanta - On or about September 6, 2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 25.3 feet, in that the employees were not provided fall protection devices when they were on third floor installing wood frames for the roof approximately 25.3 feet above the ground.
