29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  (a) 125 Meridan Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15211, On or about September 2nd 2022, employees were not protected from fall hazards of approximately 17 feet while installing a plywood sub-flooring on a new construction residential home. Employees were installing new plywood sub-flooring on the first story of the home and no fall protection was in use. i.e. harnesses, guard rails, etc.

(a) 125 Meridan Street, Pittsburgh, PA, On or about September 2nd 2022, the employer did not conduct fall protection training for employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately 17 feet while installing framing a new construction residential home.
