29 CFR  1926.451(b)(1):Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports.    (a) North side of building #5 - On or about September 6, 2022 the employer instructed his employees to work from the scaffolding that was not fully planked between the uprights to replace the exterior siding exposing employees to fall hazards.

29 CFR  1926.451(b)(10):Scaffold components manufactured by different manufacturers were intermixed such that the components fit together with force and the scaffold's structural integrity was not maintained by the user:  (a) North side of building #5 - On or about September 6, 2022 the employer instructed his employees to use the scaffold the his other crew erected where the X bracing is from a different type of scaffolding that made the scaffold's structural integrity to be compromised exposing employees to fall hazards.
