29 CFR 1910.151(c):  Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a)  At AAMCO located at 5912 Ogeechee Rd, Savannah, GA 31416, on or about September 7, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer failed to provide suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes in close proximity of employees who were working with corrosive chemicals thereby exposing employees to chemical hazards.  b)  At AAMCO located at 5912 Ogeechee Rd, Savannah, GA 31416, on or about September 7, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer failed to provide suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes in close proximity of employees who were working with non-corrosive chemicals as required by the manufacturer's Safety Data Sheet (SDS), thereby exposing employees to chemical hazards.
