Sandusky St. Findlay OH 45840, did not ensure that employees were protected from head injury hazards by protective hardhats while working directly below and under a mobile construction crane which was performing overhead lifting operations of prefabricated trusses on the jobsite. Employees were exposed to potential struck by injuries caused by falling and swinging prefabricated trusses.

Sandusky St. Findlay OH 45840, did not ensure employees were protected from falls while performing framing activities atop a low sloped commercial wood framed structure. Three employees preparing for and installing trusses on the commercial wood framed building were exposed falls up to 22 feet or greater from a flat truss walking working surface to the ground below.
