29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a)  At Wear Rd <*~30.57328N, 88.29087W*> Theodore, AL  (Roof Area):  On or about September 02, 2022, and at times prior; the employer exposed employees to fall hazards up to approximately twenty-five (25) feet to the ground below, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees performing roofing work.
