Building 228: Employees performed routine maintenance on multiple Mitsubishi Electric Condensing Units without utilizing appropriate lockout devices. Building 719: Employees performed routine maintenance on multiple Mitsubishi Electric Split-system Heat Pump without utilizing appropriate lockout devices.
