29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  a) 860 Nestle Way, Suite 300, Breinigsville, PA 18031: On or about September 8, 2022, multiple fire extinguishers located in the warehouse were not readily accessible to employees. The extinguishers, located along the back wall of the warehouse, were blocked by pallets containing large packages.
