29 CFR  1910.307(b):Documentation for areas designated as hazardous (classified) locations under the Class and Zone system and areas designated under the Class and Division system established after August 13, 2007 was not available to those authorized to design, install, inspect, maintain, or operate electric equipment at the location:    (a) On or about September 2, 2022 at or near 58th Street NW and 92nd Avenue NW in Ross, North Dakota at the Cvancara 11-14H Wellsite, documentation for hazardous (classified) locations was not made readily available for contractors conducting a circulation/clean out of the well during well servicing operations where flammable vapor sources were placed in close proximity to potential ignition sources.
