29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special handtools for placing and removing material were not provided to protect the operator from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, and rotating parts: a) Merge area: On or about September 7, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards, in that a special handtool was not available around the belt to protect employees working in the area from placing their fingers in between the rollers.
