29 CFR 1910.176(b): Materials stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a) On or about August 25, 2022 Americold Logistics, LLC did not ensure that its employees and employees of A1 Quality Logistical Services, staffing agency, were protected from struck-by hazards from pallets being pushed off the rack from the next aisle over. Americold Logistics, LLC, as the exposing and controlling employer, did not ensure that their employees and employees of A1 Quality Logistics Solutions, temporary agency, were protected from falling objects.
