29 CFR 1926.417(b): Equipment or circuits that were de-energized did not have tags attached at all points where such equipment or circuits could be energized: (a) Protective Services, Nevada Test and Training Range, Nellis AFB, Nevada: On or about August 28, 2022, employees tasked to install light fixtures were potentially exposed to energized electrical parts in that the jobsite foreman removed locks, tags, and an energy isolation devise (lockout assembly) without the knowledge of the employees who had installed them.
