29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2):The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work had the strength and structural integrity to support employees safely: On or about September 7, 2022, and at times prior thereto, a worker was loading bundles of shingles on a roof that was requested by the company without determining the structural strength and integrity of the building, exposing workers to a fall hazards.
