29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:( A.) Scout Surface Solutions, LLC - On or about 9/8/22, and at times prior thereto, a flexible cord was being used to power a relocatable power tap that was powering items including, but not limited to, tablets. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
