29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(7):Ladder(s) that were unsecured or not provided with slip-resistant feet were used on slippery surfaces: a. On or about August 31, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to falls hazards of approximately fifteen (15) feet, when the bottom of the ladder was not secured to prevent from displacement, thereby exposing the employee to hazards associated with falls.
