29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.  a) The employer fails to ensure effective protection against trip hazards as required by the standard, as demonstrated on or about September 07, 2022, at 1620 13th Avenue, Columbus, Georgia 31904 when boxes of merchandise, rolltainers and shopping carts were not kept clear from store aisles. Products limited the width of the aisles to between 12 and 28 inches. To abate this violation, the employer must ensure store aisles are not obstructed and are kept in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition.     b) The employer fails to ensure effective protection against trip hazards as required by the standard, as demonstrated on or about September 07, 2022, at 1620 13th Avenue, Columbus, Georgia 31904 when rolltainers, product boxes and a pallet jack were not kept clear from the storage room passageway. To abate this violation, the employer must ensure passageways are not obstructed and are kept in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition.    THE DOLGENCORP LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1551005 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MARCH 21, 2022, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1288 Beaverdale Rd NE, Dalton, GA 30721.  THE DOLGENCORP LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1498759 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1(a) AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MARCH 9, 2021, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 960 Rt 196, Tobyhanna, PA 18466.  THE DOLGENCORP LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1492446 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MARCH 9, 2021, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 655 Interchange Road, Kresgeville, PA 18333.
