29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) 1 Whitehorse Pike, Waterford Works, NJ 08089: An employee working for the company was not using a personal fall arrest system while aloft in an aerial lift approximately 20 feet above the ground thus exposing the employee to a fall hazard. This condition was observed on or about September 8, 2022.
