And/or the employer did not ensure employees are trained in the requirements of this paragraph on or before May 17, 2017. On or about 9/7/2022, Employee was blowing leaves off a residential roof with out fall protection, presenting a fall hazard.

29 CFR 1910.28(a)(1):1910.28(a)(1): The employer did not provide protection for each employee exposed to fall and falling object hazards. The employer did not ensure that all fall protection and falling object protection required by this section meet the criteria in � 1910.29, except that personal fall protection systems required by this section meet the criteria of � 1910.140. (a) On or about September 7, 2022, an employee was blowing leaves off a residential roof with out the use of fall protection, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately eight feet to the ground below.
